  • More than 15 days before departure: full refund minus PKR 5,000 admin fee.
  • 8–15 days: 50% of tour price refundable.
  • 7 days or less / no-show: non-refundable.
  • Weather or force majeure: credit voucher valid 12 months.

  • Ages 0–5: free if sharing existing bedding (seat on vehicle may still be charged).
  • Ages 6–11: child price applies with age proof.
  • 12+: adult price.
  • High-altitude / trek tours: minimum age may apply — confirm at booking.
